Navin’s passion is to help people live healthy (pain-free, injury-free, and illness-free) and happy so they could live their BEST LIFE! His treatment philosophy starts with taking care of the fundamentals “main rocks” (10%) that eliminate 90% of health issues to have the best health and performance both on and off the court.

Navin is the founder of the REDT method that integrates his unique expertise in multiple healthcare disciplines (eight different expertise areas) – osteopathic, functional medicine, chiropractic, physical therapy, Trigger Point needling/acupuncture, athletic training, PRI, strength and conditioning, and cupping – complemented with the latest evidence-based practices in science and technology. He travelled across the country and to Australia, Belgium, England, Malaysia, India, Ireland, and Thailand to learn from the pioneers and experts in these healthcare disciplines.

He gets the most effective and fastest results for his clients using his REDT method to create customized and innovative approaches to address each client’s unique healthcare needs. His typical treatment plans address the four fundamental pillars to health and wellness – Movement, Sleep/Recovery, Nutrition, and Mindfulness – to treat the “whole” body for faster, effective, and sustainable results!

Prior to working with the Washington Wizards, Navin served nine seasons as the Washington Mystics (WNBA) Head Athletic Trainer and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. His responsibilities included all aspects of medical care/sports medicine, rehabilitation, and sports performance for the team.
