Nicolle became a lawyer in Southern Africa in 1996 and in 2008 she established herself as a lawyer and mediator in Canada.

Nicolle has been a meditation and Mindfulness practitioner since 2009. She completed Warrior One’s Mindfulness in Law Teacher Training with instructors Judi Cohen, Scott Rogers, Robert Chender, A.J. Kutchins, and Alisa Gray and then furthered her Mindfulness teacher training when she went to Thailand to study with the Monks in the Northern part of Thailand.

She deepened her personal practice and teaching by completing a Mindfulness teacher training certification though the teachings of the Venerable Luang Por Pramote Pamojjo (Thailand). Nicolle conducts workshops and retreats on Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence both in North America and Southern Africa and continues to host meditation clinics for colleagues within Toronto. Nicolle is the proud mother of three genuinely kind boys and is grateful to her husband who inspires her daily.
